Make Scrub yourselves for glowing skin:

2 cups sea salt, kosher salt, or white sugar. Salt will be slightly more abrasive than sugar.
1 cup sweet almond oil. Grape seed and olive oil are also excellent choices for oils.
10-30 drops of cosmetic-grade and/or high quality essential oils of your choice. Lavender is suitable for most skin types.
A covered, plastic container for mixing and storage.

Making the Scrub

Combine the salt or sugar with the oil. Then, begin adding essential oils drop by drop. The scent should be present, but not overwhelming. Always make sure that the essential oils are skincare quality, to aid in the prevention of skin irritation. Oils with stimulating properties, such as peppermint or spearmint, should be avoided, as they may irritate the most sensitive areas of the body.

Feel fresh with Avocado Face Mask:

If you have dry skin, this all-natural mask is a savior. Avocado is truly an amazing fruit, great for guacamole dip of course, but you can also use it to moisturize your skin. Why go to a beauty spa and waste your money, when you can simply go to the supermarket? Avocados are naturally full of vitamin E, which is known to be great for your skin.I like to put one of these on after a long day at work, it has a very soothing feel and gives my skin a healthy glow.

Ingredients:
1 whole avocado
Two tbsp. Of honey

Directions:
Mash up 1 whole avocado
Mix together until smooth and creamy in a food processor
Apply to face and let sit for 10 minutes
Rinse with warm water

Make yourself: Vanilla Bath Bombs

Makes 7 medium sized bombs

1 1/4 cups baking soda or bicarbonate of soda
1/2 cup citric acid
2 tsp of almond oil or apricot kernel oil
Dashes of water
5 drops food coloring
10-15 drops vanilla fragrance oil or essential oil or vanilla beans from 2 pods.
Makes 7 medium sized bath bombs

Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl and stir until well mixed. Drizzle in almond oil and food coloring and stir until mixture is moistened. Add fragrance oil or vanilla bean innards and mix again. If the mixture is crumbly then add more oil or a dash of water. Roll the mixture into a ball using your hands or press it into a lightly oiled mold. (Spandex used a Madeline pan and shallow tart pans), but silicone cupcake tins, ice cube trays and even chocolate candy molds work fine and give more quantity due to the smaller size. After molding balls or shapes, put out of the molds gently and place on a sheet wax paper. Leave to dry for several DAYS, until it is rock hard. Bag or place in jars and use accordingly.

Get rid of under eye circles:

Cure under eye circles:

The skin around the eyes is very delicate and thinner than most other areas of the face. It has no oil glands and has a fine texture. This area requires special care and reflects neglect, abuse, aging, stress, internal health and lifestyle very easily. In fact, dark circles around the eyes can also develop due to hereditary factors, lack of sleep, illness, stress and nutritional deficiencies. Therefore, along with external treatment, it is advisable to take these aspects into consideration in order to establish the cause and bring about the necessary changes.

Mix fresh potato juice and cucumber juice in equal amounts. Soak some cotton in the above mixture and put on your eyelids for 20 minutes. Wash off with cold water.

Cut a cucumber in thin slices and apply on top of each eye for 20 minutes. This will drain the stress from the eyes and cool it down.

Tea bags are found to be very effective as far as curing dark circles is concerned. A cold tea bag should be placed on the top of each eye for 20 minutes every day.

One can use rose water or almond oil for massaging the under eyes dark circle, to get rid of them.
Gently press the mount below the index finger of your palm. This will enhance eyesight and also remove dark circles.

Grind nutmeg with milk and make a paste. Apply this paste on the dark circles. This will work very well and remove the dark circles.

Crush some mint leaves and apply its juice under the eyes.

For people having dark circles an 8 hour sleep is a must. At the same time one should drink plenty of water.

Make a paste blending tomato and lemon juice in equal amounts. Add a pinch of gram flour and turmeric powder and apply the paste and leave it for 15 minutes. This will do wonders in curing dark circles.

Have a dreamy bath with wine and honey:

Red Wine and Honey bath:

The red wine and the honey together clarify and moisten.

Add to bath:

4 cups of the cheapest red wine available
1 cup of honey

Home Made Hair conditioner for smooth, silky and shiny lustrous hair :

Natural Hair Conditioner:

This nourishing conditioner blends two ingredients from nature -- honey for shine and olive oil for moisture -- and is enhanced with essential oil of rosemary to stimulate hair growth.

1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup warmed olive oil for dry hair - OR -
2 tablespoons for normal to oily hair
4 drops essential oil of rosemary
1 teaspoon of xanthan gum (available in health food stores)

Place all the ingredients in a small bowl and mix thoroughly. Pour into a clean plastic bottle with a snug-fitting cap.

To use, apply a small amount to your slightly dampened hair. Massage your scalp and work the conditioner through your hair until it is completely and evenly distributed. Next, cover your hair with a warm towel (your microwave or dryer can heat it up) or shower cap; leave the conditioner in place on to nourish and condition for 30 minutes. Remove the towel or shower cap; shampoo lightly and rinse with cool water. Dry as normal and enjoy shinier, softer and healthier hair the natural way.

Apple Facial for Glowing Fairer skin:

1/2 cup of plain yogurt
1/2 apple shredded (peel and all!)
2 tbsp. Of honey

Directions

Mix above ingredients until smooth and creamy. This mask can be a bit messy so I would suggest drooping the shoulders with a towel. Apply yogurt mask to face and neck, Leave mask on for 10 minutes, then rinse with warm water. Enjoy your beautiful soft and supple skin!

Body Soak: With a combination of Dashing Lime and Ginger:

2 cups baking soda
1 cup Epsom salt
2 tablespoons of ground ginger
8-10 drops of orange essential oil

Directions
Mix all components together and pour into a mason jar. To use, run a warm bath and scoop desired amount into the water. If you’re looking for bubbles, I would supplement your bath with bubble bath soap.

Lip Scrub: For Beautiful Lips

PEPPERMINT LIP SCRUB:

1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon caster sugar
Peppermint oil
Almond Oil/Vitamin E oil
Glass Ramekin (for mixing)

To make:  Pour the sugar into the ramekin and then add the oils depending how you want the consistency of the lip scrub. I used about a quarter of a teaspoon of each oil as I like to add the liquid so there is enough flavor and enough liquid for it to hold together, but not so the solution is runny.  A variant of this scrub is that it can be used with lemon oil as well, or generally any other COOKING oil you like the taste of!

To Use: To use the scrub dab a small amount onto lips and rub together to gently exfoliate. You can then lick off the scrub or wipe off with a cloth.  This product can be stored at room temperature.
Tip:  If you have Vitamin E capsules, poke one with a pin and squeeze the oil into your recipe.

Body Scrub With coffee:

2 cups of coarsely ground coffee beans
1/2 cup raw sugar or sea salt
2-3 tablespoons massage oil

Mix all ingredients together. Take a hot shower to moisten your skin and open your pores. Using wide, circular motions, rub the coffee exfoliant onto your skin with strong, even pressure. Shower off, pat skin dry, and apply a thin layer of your favorite body lotion.

Restore skin with Olive and Pine:

Pineapple contains Bromeliad, a protein-digestive enzyme which helps rid the skin of dead cells and dirt.

It also counteracts histamines, has anti-inflammatory properties, and is a mild astringent. Olive oil has excellent healing properties and is a good source of vitamin E, which restores the skin's surface.

Use only the highest quality cold-pressed extra-virgin olive oil -- it should go without saying that bread dippers and flavored oils ought be left on the shelf. Reach for the good stuff!

In a blender, combine:

4 large pineapple chunks -or-
1/2 cup canned, drained pineapple
3 tablespoons olive oil

Blend until almost smooth. Apply mixture to face with fingertips and leave on for 15 minutes. Rinse face with warm water and pat dry.

Egg and Honey Mask:

1 egg
1/2 cup coconut oil, melted (but not hot)
1 tablespoon honey

Step 1: Beat the egg in a small bowl until frothy and well-mixed. Slowly add the liquid coconut oil and honey, beating until your mask is the consistency of mayonnaise.

Step 2: Take an empty toilet tissue roll and set it on end in a clean bowl. Spoon mixture into the cardboard toilet paper roll (or consider using an empty deodorant container). Place tube, in the bowl, in the freezer overnight.

Step 3: To use, peel away just the top 1/4 inch of the cardboard roll and smooth the frozen stick over your face (think of it as a push up pop). Leave your mask on for 5 to 10 minutes, then rinse off with warm water.

Return the cream stick covered with plastic wrap and frozen between uses. Particularly soothing on a sunburn. Keeps indefinitely if stored as directed.

Be glower with Almond Facial:

Almond facial at home:
Get radiant skin

1/2 cup rose, lavender, or distilled water
1 teaspoon pure vegetable glycerin
1/4 to 1 teaspoon cold pressed organic almond oil
12 drops grapefruit seed extract

Make the rose or lavender water by placing a small handful of dried organic rose petals or lavender in a pint mason jar and adding boiling water to cover. Let steep overnight, then thoroughly strain, discarding the botanicals, and reserving the water. Combine the water and remaining ingredients in a glass jar and shake to blend. Dab some on your fingers or a cotton ball and massage into your skin. Rinse with warm water. Keep stored in the refrigerator for no more than a month or so. Discard at the first sign of mold.

Benefits:
1. Prevents Skin Aging
2. Helps Prevent and Treat Acne
3. Repairs Skin Cuts and Scrapes

Can you enhance your beauty using silk pillow! its in it crazy! but have a glance down:

Silk & Skin

Did you know that silk is the nearest thing to human skin? It contains 18 of the essential proteins that are found in our skin and is even the same pH as our skin, making it a potent counter against premature ageing.
The creamy fabric also contains natural cellular albumen fiber, which helps faster cell renewal – again, a great protection against ageing and dull complexions.
Unlike cotton (which is very absorbent), silk does not soak up the natural moisture from your skin. The result? Better hydration, improved skin elasticity and lesser wrinkles. Similarly, it doesn’t absorb the beauty creams and serums that you put on at night, allowing them to stay on longer and work more efficiently.
Silk sheets and pillows offer a smoother surface for the face, so you don’t wake up with the crease marks that are common with other fabrics.
Silk is a natural heat regulator – it maintains body temperature and does not conduct heat or static electricity. Hence, it helps retain heat on cold nights and keep you cool in the summer. Hence, better beauty sleep!
Silk & Hair
Sleeping on silk can help prevent hair from thinning… really! Cotton fabrics may seem soft but they cause friction – gripping and tugging at our strands as we move in our sleep – leading to hair breakage and split ends. Silk, on the hand, is much smoother, so hair simply slides over the surface however much you toss and turn. The result? Less tangling or breakage. Added bonus? A blow dry will last much longer.
Since silk traps less body heat than other fabrics, you wake up sans frizzy strands or a messy bed head.

Make Foot scrubs at home:

2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon almond oil (can be substituted for olive oil)

Just combine all the ingredients in a medium sized bowl and mix till they turn into an even consistency. It's best to soak your feet in warm water first to loosen any tough, calloused areas. Then just slather on your homemade foot scrub to get pretty feet in no time! I even tend to use it on my lower legs as well, feels so good!

It smells delicious, works like a charm, and the cost is stolen because the ingredients are already in your home!

That's it!
You I'll Love it

Coconut oil Benefits and uses:

1. For cooking at high heat. Coconut oil has earned itself a bone fide health halo, which you can read about here. Because some oils are not safe at high temperatures, I’ve swapped in coconut for a lot of my roasting, and some fraying. I have tried and liked it in the oven for potatoes, sweet potatoes, Brussell’s sprouts, carrots, asparagus, broccoli rabe, red onions, and other veggies, too. I’m not fond of how it tastes with eggs or mild-tasting white fish—but it’s great with salmon.

2. As a cheekbone highlighter. Sweep a little on top of makeup (sounds weird, go with it) and leave it alone. It looks like your skin but glowier, which is why Rosemarie Swift, of RMS Beauty, uses it in her amazing Living Luminizer, “UN” Cover Up, and Lip-2-Cheek posts.

3. To shave my legs. So good! You get a real close shave and don’t have to worry about moisturizing after.

4. As a deep-conditioning hair treatment for my totally wrecked ends. There’s a reason lots of conditioners use coconut oil: According to this study, coconut oil is better able to penetrate the hair than is mineral oil (shocking!) and sunflower oil—which is good news because I’ve been dealing with a little heat damage over here. Because I don’t want to cut off the damage—I’m liking my hair long right now—I’ve been trying to get the ends looking OK as I grow it out. Knowing full well there is no way to physically repair fried ends (I even confirmed this with a cosmetic scientist named Colin, who isn’t a clean guy, but he’s nice and he’s smart) I’ve been loving this method: once a week, I sleep with a handful of coconut oil in my hair. I rub it in, comb it, pile it in a loose bun on the top of my head, and call it a night. In the morning I shampoo and it seems to make a big difference in the look and feel of my ends.

5. To take off my eye makeup. Put a little on a cotton ball or a piece of toilet paper and sweep it over your eyes gently. It even works on waterproof mascara.

6.  As a face moisturizer. I do not like this. I’ve read about acne-prone women who have used it to great effect because it’s naturally antibacterial, calming, and moisturizing, but I won’t put coconut oil—or any product that contains it—anywhere near the part of my face that breaks out (hi, chin). I tried the oil-cleansing method when we were writing the book and I got the absolute worst cystic acne ever which, yeah, yeah, might not have been the oil’s fault, but did I want to wait another month to find out? Hells no.

7. As a body moisturizer. See above (shaving). I recently met my friend Jessica at yoga and before class started she yanked up her pant leg and told me she’d been using coconut oil on her whole body. How’d they feel? So soft. So! Soft! And the smell doesn’t linger, for the record.

8. As a day-time hair tamer. Cute on your ends but I wouldn’t put this on the top of your head, especially if you’re blonde, because it looks really, really greasy.

9. Gluten-free and vegan baking. It’s a staple. It tastes really good and, it seems to me, is the only thing that can mask the chalky taste you get with most gluten-free baking.

Make your own Home made Hair removal Wax;

Wax recipe
Ingredients
2 cups sugar
¼ cup water
¼ cup lemon juice

Method
Pour the sugar, water and lemon juice in a saucepan, and heat it over a low flame. Keep stirring the mixture until all the sugar has melted, and you have a thick brown liquid. Let it cool slightly.

Vaseline can be used for this also:

Lip balm: moisturizes and soothes chapped lips but it doesn’t taste good.

Moisturizes dry skin.

Hand and foot moisturizer: it hydrates and smooths chapped hands and feet. Apply some petroleum jelly to your hands and feet and then put on mittens and socks. Wait about 10-15 minutes for the vaseline to soak into the skin. The result? Smoother and softer skin.

All over moisturizer: apply petroleum jelly all over your body after a bath. It will leave your skin soft and smooth.

Eye makeup remover: removes even the most stubborn mascara and soothes the eye area.

Scrub: mix petroleum jelly with sea salt to make your own scrub.

Night cream: it can be used as a night cream but you need to warm it up first.

Protects manicure: putting some vaseline on the base of your nails will stop the color from running.

Shaving: just put a very thin layer on the area that needs shaving and shave. Don’t use water. Also don’t apply too much product or it will plug up your razor. In addition, vaseline can get a bit greasy, but it will leave your skin soft, smooth and moisturized.

Highlighter: apply it on cheeks and undereye area for that dewy look.

Softens elbows: apply some vaseline to elbows daily. It will soften them.

Lipgloss: apply some lip liner all over your lips and top it off with vaseline for instant shine.

Maintains fragrance longer: apply a thin layer of vaseline on your wrist before spraying perfume on. It will make the scent last longer.

Lip exfoliant: apply petroleum jelly to your lips and wait a few minutes. Then, using an old toothbrush, scrub your lips. This will exfoliate lips, leaving them very soft.

Protects skin from hair dye: apply some vaseline around the hairline before coloring your hair to protect your skin from the harsh chemicals contained in the dye.

Conditioner: Apply some to the scalp before shampooing to condition it.

Seals in split end: if you put some vaseline on your split ends, it will seal them in and make it look like they aren’t there. But don’t do this too often as it will take a couple of shampoos to remove vaseline from your hair.

Cream blusher: mix some vaseline with your lipstick to make your own cream blusher.

Prevents uneven tanning: just put some on dry spots before applying fake tanning lotions.

Moisturize and tame eyebrows: putting a small amount of vaseline on your brows before going to bed will not only moisturize them, but it will mould them into place too.

Prevents chafing: just apply some vaseline on the areas that need it, such as heels and the balls of feet.

Stains remover: it removes makeup stains from clothes.
